3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in production environments.
Proven fullstack delivery experience building frontend and backend features end-to-end.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development patterns.
Experience building or integrating REST APIs and working with cloud-hosted systems.
Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A public GitHub profile with representative projects or contribution history.

Investigate and resolve production incidents and customer-reported bugs within agreed response times.
Perform root-cause analysis and document fixes with clear handoff notes for internal teams.
Participate in a lightweight on-call or incident-rotation schedule for critical issues.
Communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders during active incident resolution.
